How much does a renovation cost in Ibiza?

When is the best time to renovate in Ibiza?
Between October and May. In summer many trades are fully booked, there are noise restrictions in tourist areas and materials take longer to arrive. Planning the permit in spring lets you start work in the autumn.
Do I need an architect, or is a technical architect enough?
For renovations that do not change the structure or the volume, a technical architect can prepare the project and manage the works. If the renovation affects the structure or extends the house, we work alongside a partner architect.
Can I hire you just for site management?
Yes. If you already have a project and a contractor, we can take on site management and health and safety coordination only.
Do you also handle furniture and styling?
Yes, through our interior design service: bespoke furniture, lighting, textiles and selected pieces, coordinated with the works.
